**Salary**: Up to USD 1,500 base

**Commission**:

- **During probation**: 5% commission on all revenue exceeding your base salary (uncapped earnings).
- **After probation**:Performance-based bonuses of $500-$1,000 on top of commissions for hitting tier targets.

**About the role**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and coverage on all front lines (phone/chat/live chat/social media)
- Provide customer centric approach by helping the patient with their enquiries and needs, offer promotions that can help patients save money on their medical or dental treatment
- Follow SLAs established
- Meet the sales targets as assigned by Management
- Material call/WhatsApp follow up with each patient (pre|post-VIP) with a +95% compliance rate to assure appointment attendance and sales targets
- Daily tracking and monitoring of Sales funnel, conversions, and projections
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries or complaints
- Upsale patients by recommending higher-value dental or medical treatments
- Coordinate with other departments (Sales managers, Marketing department, Content Department, Supply department);
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Log and track all leads through our CRM (Zoho).
- Build a strong sales pipeline by following up on cold leads and referrals for future bookings.
- Work within the agreed schedule. (Available to work on weekends)
- Attend training and coaching sessions as required.

**ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED**
- Attend regular team meetings
- Weekend availability, according to shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off)
- 50 hours++ per week (10 hours per day included lunch)
- Early/late availability, according to shift schedule
- Preventing unsound or unethical business practices.
- Submitting timely expense reports for reimbursements and completing other tasks and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Support the achievement of the Medical Departures Inc.’s sales and revenues objectives
- Help build the world’s largest global medical marketplace

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5+ years Sales experience. *must have*
- 2+ years Cold calling experience (Outbound call is must) *must have*
- Proven experience being in the ‘top tier’ of sales performance at your previous employers and proven meeting or beating sales targets *must have*
- Experience in Medical Tourism Industries *must have*
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) *must have*

(leads & prospects)
- Fluent in Spanish/German/French/Arabic (verbal and written) *nice-2-have*
- Extensive technical experience with: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Chat) or Google Business suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Drive), CRM (Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Freshworks), phones (Twilio, RingCentral, Dialpad, CallTrackingMetrics, Tollfreeforwarding), chat (LiveChat, Olark,) *must have*
- Familiarity & knowledge of dental or medical procedures *must have*
- Excellent listening and writing skills
- 40+ WPM typing ability
- Travel savvy - international travel experience *nice-2-have*
- Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel through CRM (Zoho) and other tools.
- Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment with good time management.
- Weekend availability, according to shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off)
- Early/late availability, according to shift schedule

Pay: Up to $30,842.10 per month

**Experience**:

- Medical Tourism: 5 years (required)
