We´re looking for a Senior Buyer
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications Eng., Systems Eng, or Industrial Eng. or Engineer in a related field.
Advanced English.
Experience: + 6 years’ experience working as Senior Buyer
Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsible for procurement activities for the company.
Developing and participation in requisition / bidding processes.
Proposal’s analysis, payment and conditions terms negotiation and awarding the
winners of RFPs processes.
Negotiation with suppliers (local and international) the best conditions that meet the
needs and interests of the Company.
Monitor compliance, participate to criteria and procurement regional procedures
the role of identifying potential new suppliers on the market and their qualification
process can be part of the function.
Make negotiations that involve more than one supplier / partner ensuring quality and
margin of projects.
Oriented to services procurement, projects and Early involvement
Knowledge
Knowledge of best practices procurement and internal customer management.
SAP.
Speaking Portuguese is a plus
Working with different areas in LATAM
An experienced procurement manager professional who has previous experience in a similar role
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
Work collaboratively, negotiate, and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the purchasing strategy
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster strong supplier relationships
Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
Compliance, speed, and integrity are a must for this role
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
