Customer Service Intern

Overview:
The
**Customer Service Intern** will be learning and supporting the activities related to solve Customer´s requirements or issues and other operational processes that affect directly the Customer Experience during their credit life cycle.
**Location**: Monterrey, NL
**Time availability**: 25 hours per week.
**Responsibilities**:
- Acquire experience and knowledge of processes and activities related to manage and attend GM Financial Customers requirements.
- Acquire experience and knowledge of processes and activities related to manage Customer´s contracts and how related processes impact in Customer Experience.
- Support closing contracts and Lien release processes.
- Attention and follow-up of insurance claims due to total loss (theft or material damage), unemployment or life, of the different products handled by GM Financial (E.g. Financing and Leasing).
- Direct contact with customers for case resolution.
- Meet SLA´s in Customer´s requests in order to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
- Maximize Customer Experience supporting the reviewing and improvements on communications sent to Customers and other Customer Service processes.
- Learn to use GM Financial systems (SRS, Cognos, Ticket Tool and others) used to attend Customer´s requirements and contracts management.
- Participate in testing on system updates.
- Perform, develop and improve reporting related with the process assigned.
- Active participation in special assignments.
- Support other areas with customer or dealers related issues, administration and FAQ.
Qualifications:
- Last year student of Business Administration, Banking, Economy, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- Customer service values / orientation.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) both written and verbal (Desirable).
- Working knowledge and experience in computer programs such as Microsoft Office. (High Excel knowledge).
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to embrace change and to adapt to organizational challenges.
- Data management and reporting.
- Analytical and problem solving ability.
