We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team and provide operational support for large accounts requiring additional assistance beyond internal support organizations like BPS, FP&A, and HR. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless account management operations, client communications, and compliance with client-specific requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide Account Management (AM) support for EPAM processes
- Prepare and validate financial data, ensuring accuracy in reporting and forecasting
- Assist AM/BU Heads with account management reporting and performance tracking
- Track and resolve ongoing deal approval issues, including preparing pivot tables, collecting data, and organizing information
- Support business development by assisting in proposal creation and maintaining a library of standard templates aligned with client standards
- Maintain and update account plans with accurate and relevant information
- Facilitate client communications, especially with Vendor Management Organizations (VMOs)
- Coordinate and prepare for client governance meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Quarterly Delivery Reviews (QDRs)
- Assist AMs with PowerPoint presentations and slides related to business activities as needed
- Create and update opportunities within the CRM system
- Initiate and manage deal approvals, update financial forecasts, and track internal approvals
- Draft and submit Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders, ensuring timely execution
- Monitor contract expiration dates and coordinate follow-up actions
- Prepare client-specific financial reports and track budgets, Purchase Orders (POs), and SOWs
- Assist with client-vendor negotiations by providing necessary preparation and data validation
- Proactively validate non-billable hours and utilization of billable resources
- Manage account expenses, reimbursements, and travel coordination
- Organize client visits and team-building events
- Validate Cost-To-Company (CTC) and expense requests against budget allocations
- Oversee account-specific onboarding and offboarding processes for new staff, ensuring compliance with client contractual requirements
- Coordinate client notifications, training, credentials, and logins for client systems
- Support Delivery Managers (DMs) with non-delivery activities such as compliance with client training requirements
- Manage processes for subcontractors engaged on the account
- Ensure EPAM compliance with client-specific legal or contractual requirements
- Assist Risk Managers in ensuring adherence to Risk Mitigation Plans for accounts in the High Risk Program

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles
- Strong financial awareness and the ability to manage and validate financial data
- Proficiency in project administration and operations, including tracking approvals and managing budgets
- Experience in business development, including proposal creation and maintaining client standards
- Strong client communication skills, including the ability to manage governance meetings and build client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM systems and processes for creating and managing opportunities
- Knowledge of legal and contract management, including drafting SOWs and dealing with compliance requirements
- Experience managing travel and other account-related expenses
- Ability to oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for account staff, ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Strong understanding of compliance processes and project management principles
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher

**Nice to have**

- Familiarity with risk management processes and mitigation strategies
- Knowledge of financial tools and systems for budget tracking and reporting
