**Pricing Analyst, your future opportunity?**
- As an Pricing Analyst, you will execute daily pricing activities and provide recommendations to ensure global consistency, profitability, and agreement on business
- You'll report to the Lead Pricing Analyst, based in our Polanco site working 4 days at the office and 1 day remote.
- In this exciting opportunity, you'll:

- Build proactive partnerships with stakeholders using a “Pricing for Profitable Win” approach.
- Set and maintain product pricing, including parameters, lists, target costs, and negotiations support.
- Provide recommendations for briefs, manage local pricing for global/main accounts, and advise in customer meetings.
- Maintain commercial/financial data (rebates, exchange rates).
- Monitor and improve Gross Margin: analyze costs, recommend actions, manage annual price increases, and handle lowmargin approvals.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies, manage order-related pricing issues (freight, incoterms, discounts, and surcharges).
- Support development and documentation of pricing guidelines, ensure data quality in systems, and lead/participate in projects with strategic impact.

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fieldAdministration or similar areas.
- 2-4 years in pricing, finance, account management, sales coordination, or market intelligence (F&B or fragrance industry preferred).
- Experience in Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in English.
- Advanced MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skills. SAP preferred.
- Market and pricing knowledge, process and project management skills.
