Human by nature.**Pricing Analyst, your future opportunity?**- As an Pricing Analyst, you will execute daily pricing activities and provide recommendations to ensure global consistency, profitability, and agreement on business- You'll report to the Lead Pricing Analyst, based in our Polanco site working 4 days at the office and 1 day remote.- In this exciting opportunity, you'll:- Build proactive partnerships with stakeholders using a “Pricing for Profitable Win” approach.- Set and maintain product pricing, including parameters, lists, target costs, and negotiations support.- Provide recommendations for briefs, manage local pricing for global/main accounts, and advise in customer meetings.- Maintain commercial/financial data (rebates, exchange rates).- Monitor and improve Gross Margin: analyze costs, recommend actions, manage annual price increases, and handle lowmargin approvals.- Ensure compliance with pricing policies, manage order-related pricing issues (freight, incoterms, discounts, and surcharges).- Support development and documentation of pricing guidelines, ensure data quality in systems, and lead/participate in projects with strategic impact.**Your professional profile includes**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fieldAdministration or similar areas.- 2-4 years in pricing, finance, account management, sales coordination, or market intelligence (F&B or fragrance industry preferred).- Experience in Manufacturing.- Proficiency in English.- Advanced MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skills.
