**Opportunity**
The Position
The Director-Human Resources, Latin America Operations & Supply Chain is responsible for providing solutions, thought partnership and business talent strategies for the Latin America team. The Director-Human Resources will develop and deliver key HR programs, best practices, and people solutions to the business. The Director-Human Resources will provide strategic consultation and coaching to Executive leaders on organizational issues that contribute to the growth of the business and the team.
Key Responsibilities
Leads HR associates located in manufacturing facilities across Mexico and Brazil.
Partners to drive talent strategies, plans and organizational capabilities, for manufacturing environments.
Develops HR plan to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps. Ensures the organization has suitable access to talent to ensure future business growth and success.
Advances Talent and Culture initiatives through consultation and relationship building, while ensuring alignment to enterprise strategies.
Supports, develops, engages, and retains talent by creating, implementing and maintaining talent management solutions (engagement, succession planning, learning and development, assessment, planning)
Creates an experience-based talent culture across the Latin America Operations & Supply Chain organization in aspects of talent attraction, development, improving organizational health and driving high performance culture.
Partners with Talent Acquisition to create an end-to-end global talent model for Latin America Operations & Supply Chain that includes attraction, retention and performance and development.
Drives diversity and inclusion strategies to embrace applicants and associates of all backgrounds and to support the full development and high performance of all associates in an inclusive environment.
Prepares communication and associate engagement plans.
Develops strategies to address organizational change and related change management issues.
Advances Operations & Supply Chain initiatives through consultation and relationship building, while ensuring alignment with the business.

Reports to Vice President - HR
Organization Relationships:
Frequent interaction with leaders and associates.
Frequent interaction with the Human Resource Business Partners within the regions.
Frequent interaction with the Centers of Expertise in Human Resources.
Frequent interaction with various Enterprise Staff areas including HR, Legal, Tax, Compensation, Benefits, Internal Audit, IT, Payroll, and Finance.
External Business Relationships:
Frequent contact with various local and global vendors.
External networking and partnerships to understand market best practices.
The Person - Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience leading a team of HR professionals
Experience working in Manufacturing and Supply Chain
HR change agent who thrives in ambiguity, is flexible, and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to assess HR implications of business strategies and priorities.
Ability to use data and reporting to drive strategic decisions.
Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across global matrixed organization to optimize outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate plans into phased actions.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills to communicate across all levels of the organization globally.
Able and willing to travel.
