Description
**Rapido Solutions Group helps you to work for an American company remotely from Guadalajara;**

As a **People Representative/ HR Generalist,** you will be at the forefront of managing the day-to-day operations. If you have prior experience in having the attendance organized and following into incidents this role is for you. Communication within your reps.

**_
What you’ll do in a typical week:_**
- Maintain a close relationship with employees, they will need to reach you out to whatever situation comes, good or bad.
- Knows about Mexican law and applies it to daily work.
- The compensation package of employees is a priority and knows how to apply
- Advise Account Management team if a flight risk or situation that needs a proper
- Scheduling 101’s regarding experience compensations
- Keep track of employee attendance, and make sure work procedures are complied;
- Prepares monthly and annual performance reports.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00

Who are you?_**
- You speak both English & Spanish fluently. For this particular role at Rapido Solutions Group, seamlessly switching between English & Spanish is a must. A typical day could involve working with a manager in the US in English to helping work with your local reps on specific initiatives in Spanish.
- You understand the importance of having a perfect attendance of the reps, the responsibility is a key in your mindset
- A goal-oriented person ready to take on the challenge of providing the best follow up with situations within employees ;
- You are an organized and excel person Uses internal system to process incidences; absences, tardies, OT.
- You are a problem solver. You are self-motivated, solutions-minded, and proactive in solving problems quickly and with best practices.
- You find joy in excellence. You love doing things the right way and are always looking for both incremental and critical ways to improve your work, your team, and your processes
- You manage stress well. Working with people is demanding and sometimes it can be pretty stressful;
