Serás responsable de garantizar que nuestros clientes experimenten el máximo valor de nuestros servicios, liderando un equipo de éxito del cliente para asegurar la satisfacción, retención y crecimiento continuo de la cartera de clientes. Su misión será construir relaciones duraderas con nuestros clientes, asegurando que cada interacción, desde la adquisición hasta el soporte postventa, cumpla con nuestros altos estándares de calidad.

**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Ingeniería Industrial, o afín.

Experiência liderando equipos en un puesto similares aun call center o tecnología SaaS o Fintech o retail digital o empresa de servicios.
- Gestión de Proyectos Ágiles
- Metodologías de Customer Success y experiência del cliente.
- Manejo de plataformas CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.).

Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis (Excel avanzado, Power BI, etc.)anejo de metodologías ágiles y conocimientos básicos de análisis de métricas

Ofrecemos:
Sueldo bruto mensual $30,000
Excelente ambiente de trabajo y oportunidad de crecimiento
Ubicación: Mb Amores
Horario de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 con una hora de comida.
