**Your Role**:
You will contribute to the success of our Contact Center by providing first call resolution to internal and external customers of Scotiabank Canada, satisfying their banking needs and providing a professional, kind and quality service experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English **INDISPENSABLE**
- Highschool certificate
- Schedule availability
- Availability to work ON-SITE in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Edo. Mex.
