The Operations Manager will be the person in charge of the Operations department and the perfect delivery of services to our clients. We are looking for a senior person who has experience managing an evolving team and at the same time is constantly improving the execution of the operation’s daily functions.

Operations Responsibilities:

- Continuously review the current operation process to constantly improve and speed up the delivery time of internal and external services.
- Maintain constant and effective communication with the sales department.
- Efficiently manage the internal PMS system (DMCS) for a better execution of the programs.
- Makes sure DMCS is up to date with service closures.
- Weekly and daily delivery of operation reports.
- Hire and train staff.
- Constantly study market trends and adopt new procedures to make the operations more efficient.
- Keep the operations team motivated and empowered.
- Ensure that the company's standards are met in a timely manner at all times.
- Maintain a close relationship with suppliers.
- Vet providers and make suggestions of new providers to the higher hierarchy.
- Responsible for the timely execution of the operation.
- Carrying out regular inspection visits to suppliers to ensure that the standards, service and quality of the products continue to be the best in the market.
- Attend pre-convention meetings with the sales team.
- Take active participation in site visits with Sales team clients.
- Prioritize activities that are often changing and conflicting using organizational and analytical skills.
- Provide expertise in crisis management.
- Ensure that the department has the necessary work tools for the proper execution of tasks.
- Create and train a freelance team that represents and executes its functions under the company's standards when requested.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English (writing, speaking, listening and reading)
- Proven experience in a related position.
- The ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Efficient communication skills.
- Team leadership and management skills.
