**Operations Manager**We are searching for an experienced Operations Manager at our Queretaro facility.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:Maxcess is the leading global manufacturer of web handling solutions. We do this by leveraging the world’s best web-handling brands, offering customized end-to-end web-handling solutions that help our customers work better, faster and smarter.We understand how winding equipment influences tension, tension influence guiding, and how guiding and tension together influence the ability to die-cut and slit the web effectively. We are actively investing in Industry 4.0 solutions, creating automated systems that help customers reduce dependency on manual labor and minimize human error.As a global manufacturer with 30+ locations and +2,000 employees worldwide, Maxcess leads the industry with strategic global presence and end-to-end capabilities.We are in immediate need to look for our new Operations Manager for our repair shop and service site in Queretaro, Qro.This management, high-visibility role will lead the operations and administration of our site, and work in conjunction with Corporate and Headquarters to ensure smooth and profitable operations.**Responsibilities**Adhere to the Corporate culture, Strategic Initiatives, and Operational GuidanceWork with other functional areas to ensure operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective wayMeet the KPIs related to operational optimization and administrative efficiency.Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practicesLead and support staff in the repair shop and administrative functions.Cooperate with Sales and Go-To-Market to meet and exceed revenue targets.Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliantFormulate strategic and operational objectivesExamine financial data and use them to improve profitabilityManage budgets and forecastsPerform quality controls and monitor production KPIsRecruit, train, and supervise staff**Required Qualifications**:**Requirements and Skills**Fully bilingual is a must. English - SpanishEngineering or Administration degree. Master’s degree is a plus.5+ years of proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in metal manufacturing.5+ years of experience with CNC, milling machines, lathes and other metal manufacturing equipment.Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.5+ years of experience managing business and financial principlesExcellent communication skillsLeadership abilityOutstanding organizational skillsHave a valid US-visa is a plus.
