**Responsibilities**:

- Manage full employee life cycle from On
- Boarding to Exit Process
- Support and implement performance management, training/development, and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with the leadership team and business teams to implement programs and initiatives that drive a positive employee experience
- Provide employee relations support pertaining to issues/grievances by working with other EPAM teams to provide support for individuals
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local regulations
- Advise on the best practices regarding internal policies, labor relations and people related procedures
- Providing timely People Management support across all areas of employee relations in accordance with company values, policies, and procedures
- Develop and maintain close and positive relationships with employees
- Facilitate an ongoing dialogue, invite their input and feedback, conduct surveys, analyze feedback from various sources, and support implement actions that can enhance employee engagement and retention
- In close cooperation with People Operations, coordinate People Management administration, reporting and payroll coordination
- Guide on administrative tasks
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Maintain, review and update policies, procedures, manuals, and training documentation
- Backup for other team members

**Requirements**:

- Be aware of current trends and best practices in HR
- Have at least one year of HR practical experience and preferably some practical experience in design of various HR processes, their further development and efficient implementation into the company life
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Advanced English level is a must
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Have strong capacity to gain general knowledge as well as to learn the new professional tools and techniques on the most efficient level
- Goal-oriented team player, with good interpersonal skills to establish constructive relationships, build trust, and provide counsel in a thoughtful, sensitive and timely manner; be proactive, confident, energetic and positive
