RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update employees’ files with proper documentation
- Prepare and organize audit process for employee documentation
- Be the main POC with Background investigation provider
- Support employee events
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Advise on the best practices regarding internal policies, labor relations, and people-related procedures

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proficient written, oral, and reading communication skills in English at a B2 level
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive with hands-on experience using spreadsheet software, particularly at an intermediate level in Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Operational proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business Administration
- Availability to attend the office in Guadalajara at least twice a week
