Customer Service Specialist
Si te apasiona la logística y tienes experiência en la realización de las siguientes actividades
Supervisar y auditar los procesos de recepción, clasificación, carga y entrega de paquetes.
Detectar desviaciones o incidencias en el flujo operativo y reportarlas oportunamente.
Dar seguimiento a reclamos o quejas por entregas incorrectas, paquetes dañados o incidencias.
Capacitar y retroalimentar al personal operativo para reforzar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos. Apoyar en auditorías internas o externas de calidad.
Horario
Lunes a Viernes, turno mixto
Prestaciones superiores.
Zona a Laborar
El pical Pantaco.
