Para Bambú Tech Services el Project Support & Testing es un profesional dedicado al apoyo del Project Manager y la realización de pruebas funcionales de QA en los proyectos de TI.

**Tareas y responsabilidades del Puesto**:

- Participar en todas las reuniones del proyecto con el fin de documentar acuerdos y nuevos procesos.
- Realizar de pruebas funcionales.
- Realizar reportes de resultados de pruebas.
- Constante comunicación con el Cliente para el seguimiento de incidencias reportadas.
- Asignación y seguimiento de actividades relacionadas a la solución de incidencias.
- Realizar propuestas de mejoras y nuevos desarrollos.
- Documentar reglas de negocio y procesos.
- Preparar entregables, proyectar y asegurar la calidad de estos.

**Experiência Requerida**:

- Licenciatura: Ing. en Sistemas Computacionales, Lic. Ciencias de la computación, Lic. Administración o afín.
- 1 año como Tester en proyectos de TI.
- Metodologías Ágiles y SCRUM.
- 1 año trabajando con varios proyectos simultáneos.

- Home Office.
