Looking for a Project Manager who can manage scope, timelines and budgets for multiple projects at once. Project manager will drive seamless delivery for cross-channel creative campaigns and other project deliverables by providing support to creative teams, client teams and cross-department resources. Creative Project Managers also serve as Operations ambassadors for internal teams and network resources. Creative Project Managers examine and refine processes and workflows to maximize creative resource capacity and ensure projects are successfully completed on time and within scope**Responsibilities**:- Serve as a champion and advocate of agency process and workflow- Partner directly with creative and client engagement teams on a daily basis- Support ongoing maintenance of talent resourcing platform- Continuously develop expertise in all internal systems and tools- Support and train other team members to take full advantage of our platforms- Schedule internal meetings- Maintain internal status reports, timelines, and budget trackers, and provide input for client status- Build, share, drive and maintain timelines for all creative campaign deliverables- Track campaign deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time- Generate job numbers, projects in PM software, job folders on the server, and grant appropriate access within financial system- Support in the development of project estimates- Other responsibilities as assigned- Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables- Set up kickoff meetings to level-set expectations and deliverables- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis**Required Skills**:- A bachelor's degree, in a related field; project management certification (PMP) preferred- 3+years of experience in an agency/in-house agency setting (Pharma/Medical Category experience preferred)OR- 3 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. (Pharma/Medical Category experience preferred)**Salary**: $17,000.00 - $19,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
