Actualmente estamos buscando un Especialista en Nómina que proporcione un servicio estratégico dentro de las Operaciones de México.

El especialista de nómina es responsable de los procesos relacionados con el cálculo de la nómina, desde la recepción de incidencias hasta la atención a los colaboradores del resultado obtenido, busca y propone soluciones para simplificar y digitalizar procesos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Registra las huellas del personal de nuevo ingreso en el sistema de asistencia y da su alta en Sipass.
- Descarga las incidencias del sistema de chequeo y carga al sistema de nómina.
- Valida y confirma los resultados de la nómina.
- Atiende a los colaboradores respecto a las dudas que presenten de su nómina.
- Atiende las solicitudes de baja, procesa el finiquito correspondiente, genera la solicitud de pago, contabiliza y envía xml para su timbrado, escanea documentos firmados y archiva durante el plazo correspondiente.
- Da seguimiento a la contratación de colaboradores, elabora contratos, credenciales, entrega tarjetas de vales despensa.
- Recibe los expedientes completos de los nuevos colaboradores para resguardo físico o digital.

Requerimientos:

- De 3 a 5 años de experiência en nómina operativa
- Estudios: Contabilidad o Administración
- Conocimientos generales en LFT, LISR, IMSS e Infonavit
- Actitud orientada a atención a colaboradores
- Utilización de sistemas de nómina - preferente Peoplesoft y timeblock o similar
- Manejo de paquetería Office - intermedio
- Conocimiento de SAP - básico
- Inglés: Intermedio

- Comunicación verbal y escrita para tener contacto con el área de producción.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Adaptabilidad al cambio
- Proactivo con actitud de curiosidad, aprender, analizar y proponer nuevas soluciones.
