Sr. Payroll Specialist - RemoteSr. Payroll Specialist - RemoteWhat you'll be doing:This position it is critical to support the proper performance of the payroll core activities, such as: Semi-monthly payroll paychecks calculation, payroll receipts employee's signatures collection, voluntarily and non-voluntary terminations paychecks calculations, upload/capture payroll requests, managing local payroll tax calculation-payment, saving fund loans, local payroll tasks, Back up of Benefits process as: transportation, restaurant and grocery coupons monthly requests, follow up and resolution of any kind of discrepancies on these benefits. Address, validation and resolution on Payroll incidences through ticketing tool. Assists in testing process to payroll system changes.What you'll bring to us:Support the process of Payroll, upload payroll incidences, validate payroll results/payroll taxes to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.Reconcile and process Local Payroll Tax, Saving fund Benefit and Fonacot Loans.Delivers consistent, high quality customer serviceEscalates payroll and system issues as appropriate.Delivery documents required to the Government Institutions as: FONACOT/ IMSS / INFONAVIT/ Secretaria de FinanzasWhat skills you'll need:- Bachelor's degree related to Administration/Accounting areas.- Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data.
