**Role purpose**:
Administration and Control of the functioning of the visible Branches, of the operation and of the sales (RBWM)

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination and synergy with the different segments and sales forces that influence the results of the branches.
- Ensuring that the customer experience at Branch is improved will build long-term relationships.
- Responsible for the design of the strategies in its micro market as well as the implementation of the strategy established by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in economic area - Administrative or related career.
- Experience in the financial sector in areas of promotion and/or sales.
- Advanced management of MS Office.
- AMIB Certification Figure I
- Knowledge of Financial Mathematics.
- Intermediate English.
- Experience as a Branch Manager (2 years desirable)
