This position will support the Technical Services Department with an emphasis on evaluating quality of printed packaging material. This individual will be part of the Operations Department and reports to the Director, Technical Services. The position will work closely with various departments within the Operations Department as well as Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Project Managers, and Brand Managers. Technical Services Manager will also communicate and interact with senior management at Monster, our can suppliers and contract packers. In addition, this position will have direct communications with our can manufactures which will include Customer Service, Quality, and manufacturing facilities.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Support color qualifications in can manufacturing plant in their assigned region.
- Evaluate submitted samples to standards. Ensure SOP is being followed at all locations.
- Update and organize regional color standard library.
- Track and standardize ink colors thru all locations.
- Communicate with can suppliers when color and / or barcode standards are not met.
- Monitor and follow-up with open issues and corrective actions.
- Conduct can manufacture plant / warehouse audits as required.
- Launch “Incoming Can Inspection Guideline” with can suppliers and contract packers.
- Evaluate/measure inside and outside can coatings and compare results using Spec Metrix.
- Travel up to 60% - 70%.

LATAM Region (Mexico, plus other selected countries).

**Position Requirements**:
- College degree in metal decorating or flexography printing technologies or 5 years work experience in 3 pieces can manufacturing or print color management.
- Strong technical and/or support background in aluminum packaging.
- Pass artwork comparison proof reading tests at (90% or higher).
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish languages.
- Details oriented.
