**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be responsible for investigating and documenting deductions and determining a path forward.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for researching, analyzing, root cause analysis, and problem-solving of customer deductions and disputes.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable to team to track, validate, and clear customer deductions.
- Provide detailed deduction documentation to the Sales team that will be shared with the customer.
- Work closely with Pricing Analysts to ensure a customer has the correct price in their system.
- Ability to understand and access customer portals to confirm quotes and price levels.
- Create and analyze price audit reports for internal audit reviews
- Enhance deduction process to streamline processes, reduce errors and improve efficiencies.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 - 4 years of progressive experience in Account Receivables, Account Payables, Finance, or Analytics.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical skills and experience working with Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graphs, charts, and data analysis in Excel)
- Demonstrated flexibility/ adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have knowledge of basic mathematical concepts.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
