Description
- Own and monitor the performance and calibration on team members
- Identify and implement initiatives to drive customer satisfaction, increase case quality, increase efficiency, and boost team productivity -- and share the initiatives and results with Google Manage the performance and career development of the technical support team
- Own and create performance improvement plans

**Scheduled 8am - 8 pm (Shifts)**

**Requirements**:
Solid experience in IT, focused on Network
Produciton Support experience (Interested on support)
+1.5 Years using cloud technologies (GCP / AWS / Azure / IaaS)
Leading teams experience
Experience in Troubleshooting and supporting Cloud Network services - VPC, Resource Manager, Stack Driver, Cloud CDN, Cloud IAM & Load balancers.
Good understanding and coding experience in Algorithms & Data Structures.
