**Your Role and Responsibilities**

  • Performs batch operations where and when required (according to service agreements)
  • Analyzes first level problems for all systems (according to service agreements) and resolves/routes as appropriate
  • Develops Supporting Systems Management Processes specific to client requirements and performs I/O (tape and print) duties where appropriate

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

  • Excel

  • Process customer facing

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

  • Manage Jobs Using Control-M
  • Manage Jobs Using Control-M/CTM
  • Manage Jobs Using Workload Manager

Technical Diploma

Bachelor's Degree
