**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Performs batch operations where and when required (according to service agreements)
- Analyzes first level problems for all systems (according to service agreements) and resolves/routes as appropriate
- Develops Supporting Systems Management Processes specific to client requirements and performs I/O (tape and print) duties where appropriate

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
