El Especialista de Servicio Técnico, realiza asesorías técnicas a los clientes, da solución a problemas sobre la gama de productos de la compañía, para favorecer un mejor aprovechamiento de los mismos, brinda el soporte necesario y permanente a la fuerza de ventas y a todos los distribuidores para la correcta aplicación de los diferentes sistemas de pintura.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Realizar visitas periódicas y atención a clientes como canal principal de las necesidades e inquietudes que los clientes del segmento industrial tienen acerca de nuestros productos.
Proveer retroalimentación del desempeño de los productos a través de un sistema de documentación adecuado y objetivo.
Responsable de la atención y respuesta oportuna de las necesidades del cliente en su línea, proveyendo soluciones adecuadas y sistematizadas que ayuden al mejoramiento de los procesos industriales.
Elabora y da seguimiento a las acciones preventivas y correctivas, internas y externas que ayuden al negocio a la mejora continua.
Generar información detallada, documentada y estadística del comportamiento de los materiales en la línea del cliente.
Proporciona evidencia de los rechazos internos y externos y da seguimiento a su resolución (piezas aplicadas, paneles estándar aplicados, muestreo de producto, fotografías y documentación por medio de los reportes institucionales)
QUALIFICATIONS
Conocimiento de productos pintura líquida industrial.
Experiência con trato directo con el cliente en las líneas productivas.
Igualación o ajuste de colores, conocimiento del sistema de color.
Procesos de aplicación de pintura líquida industrial y procesos de reparación.
Manejo de distintos equipos de aplicación y conocimiento de las variables que ayuden a resolver temas de aplicación en campo.
