Technical Service Representative, Senior

As a Technical service representative Senior, you will provide and administrate technical and service training to customers and associates. You will also provide technical Support to sales group for new business and opportunities. You will be in charge of product selection for new customers or actual customers, ethical policy compliance and safety compliance. You will report to the Technical Service Manager in charge. This position is in charge of giving suppport to Client Plants in the Pacific Area (CD Juarez, Chihuahua, Tijuana, Mexicalli)**Main Responsibilities.**- Standardization of process manuals of customers, checks lists, line survey forms and visit reports.- Trouble shooting support to commercial Service teams.- Lab trials support.- Support secure launch programs.- Provide Technical support to customers by phone or online.**Qualifications.**- Industrial or chemical engineer.- +4 years technical service representative experience.- +4 years' experience in coating technologies (Liquid, Powder, E-coat, Pre-treatment)- Trouble shooting experience.- Advanced English skills.Benefits included will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process, like medical benefits, life insurance and more.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way: We partner with customers to create mutual value.
