As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Manage the Help Center content from both a technical and a educational perspective, establishing transparent and continuous communication with CS and PRODUCT TEAM and representing the voice of the customer within our organization in terms of experience.
- Understand every channel we got and the best content strategy for each of them.
- Translate customer needs into communicational requirements and share them with the local and global team with proper prioritization.

**Requisitos**:
**Basic Qualifications**
- **
1-2 years of experience in a writing role doing research, reporting, and creating content for traditional and/or digital media.**
- ** BA in Communication, Journalism, or related fields.**
- ** Exceptional written communication skills (grammar, spelling, and punctuation) in English and Spanish.**
- ** Experience in editing and proofreading.**
- ** Knowledge of WordPress, Hubspot, and related platforms.**
- ** Confident and fluent communicator in English and Spanish**

Hard Skills
- Copywriting in Spanish.
- Translation of content from English to Spanish (Business english)
- Communicates complex topics in a simple, compelling, and effective way to explain marketing and product topics to our customers.
- Optimizes content.
- Analyzes performance to determine future messaging.
- Computer skills (Google Drive, Presentation, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Desirable computer skills (Hubspot, Data Studio, HTML,etc)
