We are now looking to expand with inspiring new team members in order to revolutionize healthcare**Descripción del empleoAs a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for:- Manage the Help Center content from both a technical and a educational perspective, establishing transparent and continuous communication with CS and PRODUCT TEAM and representing the voice of the customer within our organization in terms of experience.- Understand every channel we got and the best content strategy for each of them.- Translate customer needs into communicational requirements and share them with the local and global team with proper prioritization.**Requisitos**:**Basic Qualifications**- **1-2 years of experience in a writing role doing research, reporting, and creating content for traditional and/or digital media.**- ** BA in Communication, Journalism, or related fields.**- ** Exceptional written communication skills (grammar, spelling, and punctuation) in English and Spanish.**- ** Experience in editing and proofreading.**- ** Knowledge of WordPress, Hubspot, and related platforms.**- ** Confident and fluent communicator in English and Spanish**Hard Skills- Copywriting in Spanish.- Translation of content from English to Spanish (Business english)- Communicates complex topics in a simple, compelling, and effective way to explain marketing and product topics to our customers.- Optimizes content.- Analyzes performance to determine future messaging.- Computer skills (Google Drive, Presentation, Excel, Word, Power Point)- Desirable computer skills (Hubspot, Data Studio, HTML,etc)Soft Skills:- Creativity & Innovation, curiosity- Strategic and critical thinking- Analytical thinking- Interpersonal communication- Collaboration- Self-adaptability and self-awareness- Learning orientationInformación adicionalWhat benefits will you have?- Competitive Salary- Pantry vouchers- ️ Health Insurance- ✌ 22 free paid days- Stock Options Plan- English Lessons- Excellent environment and professional development
