What you’ll do
- Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer
- and carrier-facing tracking
- Provide top-tier carrier and customer service
- Support fast-paced account operations
- Process improvement
- Communicate with and provide feedback to improve on or create tracking processes
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree complete - or - bachelor’s degree in progress and 1+ year of experience with customer interaction and communication - or - 2+ years of experience with customer interaction and communication
- Excellent English language skills - verbal and written
