TTI, Inc., is in search of our next superstar Resource Support Representative GRC MX for our Mexico branch. The Resource Support Representative provides support to various internal stakeholders based on established activities.

**What our Resource Support Representative do**:

- Assist with converting Customer order in pdf. Entering Customer order in express to generate order number for Inside sales review.
- Confirm items with no actual shortage and identify items with a potential shortage to be checked by Inside Sales.
- Make notes about: ETA of incoming stock, PM Reserve qty, Approval indicator for supply constrained parts, etc.
- Expands personal product knowledge to effectively ensure personal growth opportunity.
- Requires attention to detail, proof reading for accuracy, and maintaining quality expectations.
- Expands product knowledge by utilizing all resources including product literature,
- Suppliers’ websites, TTI University, etc.
- Complete additional projects as assigned.

**What we look for**:

- High School Diploma or GED with 6 months’ experience in customer support or similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Bilingual - Written & Verbal Proficiency in Spanish/English.
- Demonstrated track record of building confidence and credibility with external customers.
- Be extremely inquisitive and a quick learner.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong listening skills.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to build effective working relationships.
