Entering Customer order in express to generate order number for Inside sales review.- Confirm items with no actual shortage and identify items with a potential shortage to be checked by Inside Sales.- Make notes about: ETA of incoming stock, PM Reserve qty, Approval indicator for supply constrained parts, etc.- Expands personal product knowledge to effectively ensure personal growth opportunity.- Requires attention to detail, proof reading for accuracy, and maintaining quality expectations.- Expands product knowledge by utilizing all resources including product literature,- Suppliers’ websites, TTI University, etc.- Complete additional projects as assigned.**What we look for**:- High School Diploma or GED with 6 months’ experience in customer support or similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience required.- Bilingual - Written & Verbal Proficiency in Spanish/English.- Demonstrated track record of building confidence and credibility with external customers.- Be extremely inquisitive and a quick learner.- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong listening skills.- Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to build effective working relationships.***What we offer our team members**:- Major Medical coverage, Employee and dependent coverage are available at no cost.- Life and Accidental Death insurance coverage is company paid.- Additionally, you will be eligible for vacation according to company and Mexico standards.
