TTI, Inc., is in search of our next superstar Customer Service Coordinator for our Mexico Global Resource Center located in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role provides support to various internal stakeholders based on established activities. This role will directly support our Washington branch. Bilingual in Spanish & English Required.

**_ What our Team Lead do:_**
- Effectively supervises the Resource Support team members by assigning and delegating accountabilities, by providing ongoing instruction.
- Utilizing effective communication and motivational techniques, providing ongoing performance management, rewarding higher levels of performance by providing effective training and development.
- Ensures the optimal operation of the Resource Support function by implementing all Resource support processes and procedures.
- Ensures that the Sales needs are being met by soliciting feedback regularly from them and by measuring key statistics such as turnaround time and quality of work.
- Demonstrates the highest quality of customer service and effectively interacts with all internal and external business contacts.
- Ability to lead, provide training and assistance to the Level I, II and III positions.
- Develop training plans for new hires and ensure timely completion of Training.
- Attends and contributes to company meetings.
- Implements annual department goals with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
- Assists in the weekly and monthly reports.
- Conduct regular 1:1 with all the team members.
- Escalation Management and Root Cause Analysis.
- Attendance Management.
- Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

**What we look for**:

- Position must have Experience in customer service in shared services. Four or more years working in electronics distribution with exposure to the operational function. Experience of 3 or more years, managing personnel that reports directly.
- Requires any Bachelor’s degree.
- Min 2 years Exp as a Coordinator/Lead. External: Min 1 years of direct supervision/management experience.
- Requires 3+ years of experience.
