Experiência y requisitos
- ** Education**: Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry, focusing on tooling and mold development and maintenance.
- ** Leadership and Team Management**: Ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and teams.
- ** Organizational and Planning Skills**: Capabilities in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- ** Abstract-Logical Reasoning**: Ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
- ** Knowledge of Industry Safety Standards**: Understanding of industry safety standards and aerospace regulations.
