Responsibilities: - Create import/export documentation for all MX and direct shipments - Process and ensure accuracy of customs documentation. - Create transport documents, carta porte and layouts. - Obtain, review, audit and summarize complex operational data and reports - Maintain accurate records for compliance per MX Customs rules and regulations. - Work with freight carriers, Customs brokers (both US and MX). - Assist in handling and resolving freight / domestics claims - Track, trace, and report shipments to ensure timely delivery to all customers and inbound shipments. - Maintain electronic records for daily import and export activity. - Manage Annex 24 system. - Maintain KPIs. - Perform other duties as requested.
Experiência y requisitos
Skills needed: - Experience in US and MX customs, - Knowledge of Annex 24 systems. - Efficient communications skills - Good interpersonal abilities - Highly organized, demonstrating attention to details - Ability to prioritize and manage time - Ability to work quickly with thoroughness and efficiency - Ability to develop and carry out policies and procedures - Ability to work in a team Education and Experience: - 4 - 6 years of import-export and international logistics - Trader or business bachelor. - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Strong knowledge of customs. - SAP - Advanced English skills
