Responsabilities- As Sales Rep will be responsible for growing business by selling business Travel solutions to new Small business segments (companies with annual sales revenues between $500 to $1M USD) in Mexico.- The sales Rep will have clear Targets such as Trx Goal, Declared Volume Goal, Active Pipeline Target and Success Rate.- Business Travel Sales Rep should effectively filter and qualify prospects and build a pipeline to ensure targets are met.- Your effectiveness in the Small market segment is driven by your ability to research, quickly close deals over the phone and effectively explain the value of American Express GBT solutions and how they will meet the client's business objectives.- A Business Travel sales Rep must have solid business to business experience in a fast-paced environment, extensive cold-calling/prospecting experience.- Strong consultative selling skills are required to gain in-depth understanding in the industry to provide solutions and build relationships with C-Level executives.

**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual English - Spanish is a must- Knowledge of consultative selling techniques within complex product lines and services- About 5 years of experience in corporate sales- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong follow up and solid relationship management skills are required
