Coordinate the effective implementation and ensure the continued effectiveness of the High-Performance Teams (EEOs) in the Monterrey plants. Develop group skills within teams. Direct the High-Performance Team process, interacting with the teams, supervision, managers, star tips and other parties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the definition and development of metrics for the different EEOs. Review and recommend changes as necessary to meet plant goals.
- Coordinate the training of new EEOs ensuring compliance with the established standard.
- Document EEO development and improvement plans.
- Coordinate and monitor the certification process and star point systems.
- Monitor, update and communicate the main indicators of the EEOs
- Ensure that support information is accurate and timely.
- Ensure that the EEO meeting schedule at the different levels is planned and completed.
- Participate in EEO team meetings and ensure meeting effectiveness, scorecard data and effective action plans are developed by teams.
- Coordinate team recognition and identify the teams with the best monthly and annual performance.
- Ensure that the certification process for EEOs, star tips and cross-functional training are effective.
- Prepare and share with management monthly results and recommendations regarding EEOs.
- Ensure that the EEO process complies with system specifications and all applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
- Ensure that EEO concepts are understood and used at all levels of the plant.
- Support for the Internal Audit program.
- The position is a specialist within the group and provides interpretation and problem-solving advice to others within and outside the department.
- Typical internal customers include employees of two or more work groups in a division.
- Solve problems by selecting the best solution from a few options.
- Impacts key quality objectives including customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, timeliness, accuracy, process quality, internal quality certification, ISO 9000 certification.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- University career completed or in progress (Proof of studies is required
- Analytical skills.
- Communication skills and team motivation.
- Human relations skills to develop a cooperative working relationship with others inside and outside the department.
- Training experience desirable
- Green Belt (desirable)
- Knowledge of basic LEAN tools
- Knowledge MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi
