**About Us**:
We are a DTC based company in the pet space with multiple brands.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, with a strong focus on driving success on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and TikTok. You'll bring a deep understanding of these platforms, current trends, and social media best practices to develop impactful social strategies and engaging content that will establish our brand identity and expand our digital footprint.
**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:
- Develop and execute an overarching social media strategy that supports broader marketing and business goals.
- Establish a consistent brand voice and messaging strategy that resonates across various social channels, tailored to the unique tone of Instagram and TikTok.
**Content Creation and Scheduling**:
- Ideate, produce, and edit highly engaging visual and video content optimized specifically for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Feed Posts), YouTube. Facebook and TikTok (emphasizing current TikTok trends).
- Write compelling captions and copy that align with the brand voice, encourage interaction, and promote key messages.
- Implement a content calendar and utilize scheduling tools to maintain a consistent posting schedule on all platforms.
- Collaborate with a network of diverse content creators to develop engaging and multi-faceted content that perfectly aligns with each brand's voice and target audience
**Community Management**:
- Proactively monitor all social channels, fostering authentic conversations with our followers.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to comments, questions, and direct messages, ensuring that interactions provide a positive experience.
- Manage and escalate any potential online crises or negative sentiment to protect the brand's reputation.
**Analytics and Reporting**:
- Track essential social media metrics for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels including reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.
- Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend areas for optimization.
- Prepare insightful reports summarizing performance and communicating the impact of social media efforts to key stakeholders.
**Staying Updated**:
- Actively research and stay ahead of the latest social media trends, particularly trending formats and features on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok.
- Be informed of constant platform algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
**Influencer Marketing**:
- Cultivate relationships with relevant influencers on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, aligning with brand values and target audience.
- Initiate and oversee impactful influencer partnerships and campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating success across platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok with a keen understanding of trending content formats and audience engagement techniques.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and experience with video editing tools.
- Exceptional copywriting abilities and a compelling brand voice.
- Data-driven, strategic mindset, analyzing trends and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Proactive manager with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,300.00 per month
