Social Media ManagerEn Vexus, una agencia de desarrollo web en Guadalajara, estamos en búsqueda de un Social Media Manager creativo y estratégico para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este rol es ideal para personas apasionadas por el marketing digital, la creación de contenido gráfico y la gestión de comunidades en redes sociales.**Requisitos**:Educación: Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Publicidad o afines.Experiência mínima de 1 año gestionando redes sociales (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).Conocimientos en estrategias de crecimiento orgánico y pautas pagadas (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).Experiência con herramientas de diseño (Canva y Adobe Illustrator)Se valorará experiência en análisis de métricas con herramientas como Meta Business Suite.Capacidad para planificar y ejecutar calendarios de contenido.**Responsabilidades**:Crear gráficamente, planificar y programar contenido atractivo para las redes sociales de nuestros clientes.Gestionar y moderar las comunidades digitales, respondiendo comentarios y mensajes directos.Diseñar estrategias de marketing para aumentar el alcance, el engagement y los seguidores.Analizar métricas y resultados para ajustar las estrategias según los objetivos de cada cliente.Colaborar con el equipo de diseño y desarrollo web para alinear las estrategias de branding y comunicación digital.Modalidad:Ubicación: Guadalajara, con opción de trabajo remoto.Medio tiempoHorario: 9 am a 2 pm de lunes a viernes.Ofrecemos:Medio tiempo: $6,000 MXN mensuales.Prestaciones de ley (IMSS, vacaciones, aguinaldo y días de descanso).Capacitación constante en herramientas y estrategias de marketing digital.Ambiente creativo y colaborativo.Oportunidades de crecimiento profesional dentro de la empresa.Como aplicar:Únete a Vexus y ayúdanos a construir estrategias de redes sociales que impulsen el éxito de nuestros clientes.
