So what does an Onboarding coord really do?

Think of yourself as the person who is responsible for delivering the very important steps to get our freshly selected teammates ready for hire, making sure they are welcomed and acquainted with our ridiculously good company.

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you are responsible for **ensuring a magnificent onboarding experience.**

As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that this will be achieved through off the charts** attention to detail, follow up and customer experience knowledge. creative recruiting ideas.**

**Requirements**:
We need at least of 6 months working experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition

Also, you must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (are you a graduate of HR Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent

In order to be successful you must have and advanced English level.

Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and amazing interpersonal skills.

Ideally someone who has skills in database management and record keeping. As we mentioned, we need excellent organization skills and outstanding customer service skills.
