Oversee and execute administrative and operational processes to build strong client relationships through team performance.

- Communicate regularly with clients to strengthen commercial ties.
- Participate in staff selection to ensure alignment with values and job requirements.
- Supervise team performance to meet KPIs.
- Report updates for accurate billing and payment.
- Implement process improvements based on data analysis.
- Address employee concerns regarding support areas to ensure their well-being.
