TikTok's Content Vertical team sits within our Operations teams whose goal is to understand and champion the needs of our creators and communities and build a strong and trusted global brand that celebrates the diversity and creativity of our users & our platform. Our team vision is to amplify the power of our global community and to drive innovation that serves and connects our unique audiences, wherever they are.

The Content Vertical team is focused on delivering key strategic insights, managing local partners and creators and driving core initiatives to develop our diverse content ecosystem and to ensure the success of our creator communities and key partners across core pillars of Music, Entertainment, Sports, Gaming and Lifestyle & EDU.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of PGC/PUGC accounts for the content vertical
- Capture the content trend within General Popular Categories in Sports (e.g all sports disciplines, Federations, Sports events, Global sports news local sports events, media partners), and lead the topic directions in short-video format, stories or livestream.
- Establish strategic content partnerships with building the right brand awareness and positioning according to the product strategy in order to drive content growth
- Establish relationships with talent, creators, managers and sports stakeholders
- Responsible for day-to-day tasks such as partnership operations and activations, relationship maintenance, training and coaching material preparation.
- Resolving day to day issues with and between content creators such as inappropriate or misleading content, or abuse of giveaways.
- Responsible for the operation performance of Content Creators, and assist their content performance in daily basis.
- Work with cross functions teams to co-create local campaigns and push forward for execution.
- Develop internal campaigns with teams and creators related to the category to ensure content creation.
- Onboard in & off platform creators, partners and talent related to the content vertical
- Analysis of data and insights

- Experience with business development and content development business
- Sports industry knowledge, expertise and networking
- eSports knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of local content partner ecosystem industry, pop culture and talent
- Account & talent management skills and time flexibility
- Ownership to cover the whole partner and creator acquisition chain (pitch, acquisition, retention, partnership and relationship)
- Ability to execute strategies and plans according to management planning
- Strong communication and time-management skills. creative, and energetic.
- Social media knowledge and skills
