- Reporting to the Finance Project Manager, Accounts Receivable Analyst role involves. Minimizes financial risk to the organization by assessing and advising on creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers. Negotiates and advises on collection of overdue bills and takes appropriate action to recover overdue payments_

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Reporting_
- _ Download Bank Reports_
- _ Contact Customers to get Remittance Advice_
- _ Collections Follow up with customers_
- _ Cash Flow projections_
- _ Reconciliations_
- _ Weekly AR Report (Aging)_
- _ Manual Invoicing_

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Focus on timing cut offs_
- _ Intermediate-advanced_ English (conversational)._
- _ Intermediate-advanced_ office suite._
- _ Portuguese as a plus._
