On-site position- This is a Temporary position.- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is current- Credits and collections are applied accurately and in a timely fashion- Identify and resolve remittance discrepancies- Unbilled and disallowed amounts are investigated and resolved- Uncollectible amounts are identified and presented to management for approval to write-off- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable on an ongoing basis- Assist in the billing process as needed- Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R to give management a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing- Perform caregiver scheduling and timecard approval as needed- Support other accounting and finance team members- Perform other related duties as assigned**Qualifications**- Advanced level of English.- 3 years of related experience required.- Work independently with mínimal supervision.- Outstanding attention to detail.- Strong team player.- Excel skills such as sort, filter, basic formulas, sumif, vlookup, pivot table and MS Word.- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with employees at all levels- Handle and prioritize multiple projects and changing priorities in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.- Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute as an essential member of the team.- Knowledge of Sage Intacct and QuickBooks beneficial.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
