**ROLE**
We are looking for a smart, highly-motivated Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our growing company. ClinicGrower is a leading digital marketing agency that works specifically with medical and dental practices. The Digital Marketing Account Manager will support the growth of our company with planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities along with understanding of market research.

To be successful in this role, you should be highly creative, analytical, proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of overall progressive experience in online marketing
- Social media advertising experience preferred
- Experience in developing marketing strategies to drive leads
- Proficiency of web analytics to analyze campaigns and websites
- Highly motivated, Self-Starter, with ability to thrive in remote environment and collaborate with team members
- Leadership, teamwork, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- CRM/ GoHighLevel - lead management, marketing automation and reporting tools
- Google Marketing Platform - Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager and Ad Manager
- Proficiency in Google Workspace products: Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides
- Knowledge of the foundational 4P’s of marketing
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative team-spirit
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proactively monitor and own digital marketing results against KPIs/goals/budgets
- Assist with website initiatives, customize landing pages for promotions and lead generation
- Manage day-to-day relationships with contracted vendor partners and internal team to successfully deploy marketing campaigns
- Other duties as assigned
- Manage Data Lists
- Conduct competitive research
- Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
- Create or Coordinate graphics and videos for ads, lead magnets
- Manage Agency YouTube channel / upload content
- Coordinate content calendar for agency blogs
- Coordinate event marketing
- Provide weekly reports to Marketing Director

**RESULTS**
- Collaborate and manage inbound marketing to help increase marketing qualified leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), while decreasing cost per lead (CPLs)

**Compensation**:

- Compensation for this role will be dependent on experience
- Compensation will be provided on a monthly basis
