The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we'd love for you to be a part of it, as our **Booking Team Lead** **WHAT YOU WILL DO**: Your core responsibility will be to schedule appointments for home improvement services and be a role model for all team members in all aspects of the job. You will talk with customers via phone to secure booked appointments and communicate with our internal teams to ensure every job is well communicated, increasing the likelihood that every project is completed to the customer's satisfaction. We have a high-volume, fast-moving team and you'll need to be a master at multitasking. You will be accountable for your team's performance. You will be expected to motivate your team and be responsible for keeping them on target to goal. This includes giving an unlimited amount of shout outs along with holding team members accountable to expectations. You also must be open to coaching and feedback with unwavering execution of that feedback. Must be passionate in helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.
