We are growing and expanding our Manufacturing Site in Mexico In the job as Engineering Technician, you will have the opportunity to actively support the organization by meeting ensuring that our manufacturing site runs as needed to have the growth expected of the products we make in Mexico, excel in your own daily tasks and responsibilities, and experience a very varied working day in a dynamic.

**Objective**:
To provide engineering support for translate, testing, production-pilot, transfer, installation, validation, start up, stabilization and documentation of new products and equipment integration into manufacturing.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
Assist MFG Engineer in developing new product validation program and assure compliance
- to reduce the launch time.- Perform walkthroughs, inspections, product evaluation and testing as needed.
- Conduct Engineering test evaluations such are: GR&R, SVs, Test Method, Criticality.
- Provide clear direction and training for production associates.
- Advise on scheduling and staffing needs.
- Provides guidance, training, and leadership to new technicians or clerks.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local

and Company regulations, policies, and procedure- Responsible for understanding all applicable procedures and product requirements.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram
- Ability to understand and utilize assembly documentation such as but not limited to the

following: Schematics, BOM's, Visuals, Debug, Testing tools and procedures.- Knowledge of NPI Process/Development (preferred)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general new product/manufacturing/quality

Ability to write Completion Reports or Engineering Studies, and procedure manuals.- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram

**Education and Experience**:

- An Associates of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar or
- equivalent combination of education and experience.- 1-3 years of experience or equivalent knowledge and skills to perform the position

responsibilities- Experience in the medical device industry or medical field
- Experience in GR&R, SVs, Eng. Studies, Protocols (preferred)
- English language medium to advance

**Work Environment**:
This is a manufacturing facility and as a result, employees have the potential to be exposed to noise, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, machinery, vibration, or other workplace hazards controlled within compliance of current safety and health standards.
