**Responsibilities**:

- Develops, implements, manages, and integrates a QMS for a manufacturing plant.
- Develops a quality organization that is capable of implementing the company standard.
- Initiates and implements quality improvement activities as appropriate (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma) to raise the performance of the company’s product lines.
- Leads best practice standards for customer service, warranty, benchmarking and product testing.
- Designs, implements, and documents procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection.
- Interacts with customers to identify opportunities to improve quality and establish feedback with manufacturing and development personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' in Quality Management role in a manufacturing industry
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Preferred 5+ years’ experience of the Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) tool, including Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), FMEA, MSA (Measurement System Analysis) & Control Plan

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:

- quality: 5 years (preferred)
- manufacturing environment: 5 years (preferred)
