**Short Description**:
We're seeking a motivated and outgoing **Remote** **Sales Representative** to join our remote sales call center team. You'll be the first point of contact for trucking companies across the U.S., helping us identify and qualify leads for our financial services. This is a full-time, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.

**Compensation**: Competitive salary in USD
**Language Requirements**: Advanced English proficiency - spoken and written is a must
**Location**: 100% Remote
**Start Date**: ASAP

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls (90+ per day) to trucking companies across the U.S.
- Introduce and explain our factoring services clearly and persuasively
- Pre-screen and qualify potential clients based on business fit
- Record call details accurately in our CRM
- Collaborate with Account Executives to pass along qualified leads
- Achieve and exceed lead generation and call volume targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and services to support client conversations

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or call centers (B2B preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong phone communication skills and ability to manage high call volumes
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot) and Office 365
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to remote work
- Must be able to communicate clearly in real-time, unscripted scenarios
