**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The Tactical Buyer is responsable for the execution of the Spot and Tactical buying process that includes supplier selection, negotiation with suppliers and reporting of savings.

**Your Impact**

As Global Proc Assoc Analyst - Tactical Buyer your functions would consist of:
1. Review all non catalog requisitions (Spot, Tactical, Strategic) securing all of them are aligned to PepsiCo & GP policies & proceures.
2. Quote with the correct number of suppliers according to the policy and look for the best commercial option for the company.
3. Be in constant communication with MSOs, COEs, Vendors & Users to get accurate quotes and measure performance and fulfillment of deliveries and quality of items/services.
4. When negotiating, must consider needs & specification of the users.
5. Approve/deny requisitions according to the threshold within the SLA’s.
6. Knowledge of all Procurement processes, policies, categories & vendors
7. Support all myBUY users with their functional & operative doubts
8. Keep track of all reviewed requisitions in order generate KPIS
9. Track and Report Spend, Productivity and Automation by Month

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Experience**
- Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand the processes.
- Good IT procurement skills. PC (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point) nice to have SAP/ARIBA
- Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships with suppliers & Users)
- Advance Portuguese
- Professional presentation experience - nice to have
